practitioners hired based on their performance, their profile and the
support given by the University to the conduct of affairs required
from its former students.

University of La Sabana.

carried out by the students regarding the organizations involved in
terms of: Sectoral Analysis, Organizational Diagnosis and Change
Plans, in order to significantly contribute to their progress and

OBJECTIVES FOR THE STUDENTS

To design an integral formation system for the students that acts as
support, induction and sensitization to working life.

To generate in students a global view about the organizations where
practitioners perform their management abilities and widen their
manoeuvrability skills in the presence of
the resources available within a global environment, which
comes determined by the internationalization of the economy.

To structure a program of business practice with world-wide class and
unique characteristics, which should serve as a model for integration
of the knowledge gained during previous semesters of study.

To generate in students a dynamics of permanent positive change that
will enable them to break traditional schemes and get inserted into
models of international characteristics.

To possess an information systems that guarantees gaining control over
the process of the practice, taking advantage of all the distance
communication technologies that will allow for a real-time virtual
tutoring system between the students and the academic and
entrepreneurial tutors.
