Commitments of the Tutor

The tutor, in turn, must:

  1. Know and interpret the reference framework of business practice in order to possess support elements that the students will need in the start and development of their business practice.
  2. Evaluate, counsel and do a systematic follow-up of the students in the processing of all their tasks and commitments with the company where they work and with the University.
  3. Train the students in themes related to higher management, team work, negotiation and others, in order to enhance their managerial manoeuvrability capacity.
  4. Feed the practitioners with information and evaluate the analysis done by them.
  5. Make sure that the commitments with the contracting companies are honoured, and assist the student, when necessary, in dealing with problems with the company.

Generate a contact, information and feedback mechanism with the heads of area and with the delegate internal tutor in each company, preferably via e-mail or telephone contact.
