Commitments of the student

Responsibilities

To fulfil the requirements of the company where the student  is performing his/her practice

To have an ethical and responsible behavior regarding the labor requirements of the contracting company. This will be evidenced through communications between the Academic and Entrepreneurial Tutors. 

To carry out a diagnosis of the enterprise or unit where he/she is working.

With the support of the Academic and Entrepreneurial Tutors and using specifically designed materials, the practitioner will carry out an analysis of the organization’s situation in some of its most relevant aspects.  

To do research work on the (sectoral) environment around the company where the practice takes place.

The student must be aware of the present circumstances of the enterprise and of the sector where the contracting organization operates.

To design and execute a project of Change Plan based on the above diagnoses.

The practitioner will prepare and apply a program of improvement or instauration of a process in order to benefit the contracting company and to develop a specific skill.

To develop the oral history of the entrepreneur or manager of the organization where the practice takes place

The practitioner will produce a video recording of an interview in which the entrepreneur or executive of the contracting organization will describe his/her entrepreneurial trajectory. 

To prepare the entrepreneurial case of the company where the practice takes place

Supported by the tutor, the practitioner must investigate, narrate and video record the case of the company where the practice takes place.

To attend the sessions programmed.

At formative sessions, the practitioners will be trained in themes related to higher management, motivation, team work, negotiation, leadership, values, etc.  

To prepare the final report on the practice.

The practitioners will write an account of their six-month experience at the enterprise and the support from the University.
