Mission:
The general purpose of the Program in Higher Management is to integrate
the knowledge acquired along the career and to enhance the manoeuvring
capacity of the students as far as their performance in the enterprises
where their practice is taking place are concerned.
Objectives:
To analyze with the students the possibilities of growth
for organizations immersed in a hostile environment such as the one
Colombia is going through. To get to know the experience of
professionals in the entrepreneurial world who have develop projects of
interest aiming at widening the competitiveness basis of the
organizations.
The seminar will be carried out using virtual media in order to enable
the students to access seminars anywhere in the world and to gain
benefit from this program. Students living in Bogotá and its outskirts
must attend personally the seminar.
Material
The material to be used during the semester is called
HAGE.
The book ZAPP!!!
(Byham, William E. and Cox, Jeff, ed. Diana.) is mandatory as
reference bibliography.
